Booking is confirmed only after:
• PI (Proforma Invoice) issuance
• Payment as per schedule
• Official confirmation from our team
Exhibitors must comply with all expo rules shared separately.

All participation is at user’s own discretion.
• All payments must follow the PI terms
• Amounts once paid may be subject to cancellation policies
• Booth allocation is at the organizer’s discretion
• Delayed payment may lead to cancellation of booking
Official tax invoices will be issued after payment.
Exhibitor cancellations are subject to expos’ official cancellation rules.
Visitor registrations are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
